Riesling Italico D.O.C.
It is a wine which presents the characteristic of the cultivated variety of Riesling Renano, a straw-coloured tonality which tends to slightly green; it is clear and sparkling. It leaves a delicate and persistant fruity perfume; the quince taste prevails. It is a savoury and balanced wine and therefore is serves well with fish, white meats, horsd’oeuvres and delicate main dishes.
To be served at 6-8° C.
